Can you update my existing ribbon and medal racks?

Yes, Jaymil Products and Services will gladly update ribbons and medals previously purchased from Jaymil.  The company does not update ribbon and medal racks purchased from other vendors.  Consider shipping costs and when you need your rack returned to decide if this is a viable option. 

 

How much does it cost to update my existing rack?

The cost to update an existing rack is determined by many factors.  It can be less costly to update.  It is best to contact sales@jaymilproducts.com and provide a picture of the rack you want updated along with any new awards you need added before sending in your rack to determine the cost of updates.

 

Can I reuse my old medallions?

Yes.  It is possible to use old medallions previously purchased through Jaymil Products and Services. We can also remount old medallions purchased from other vendors; however, the full mounting fee will apply. Consider the condition of your current medals when adding new to your rack.  Will the mixed rack still look professional when worn?  Will it pass inspection?  Would a new rack look better?

 

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship orders each business day.  However, with the large volume of items we ship, standard shipping time is three to four business days before an order reaches the shipper.  Items on backorder will be shipped via our best method available.  Some ribbons and medal can take up to five to seven business days to ship if the item is on backorder, during peak PCS season, or high-volume times.

 

Can I request expedited shipping?

Your order will be processed in two to three business days and shipped using three to four-day priority mail by USPS, unless requested otherwise. Changes from standard processing and shipping times can be requested.  Depending on when your order is received and the carrier you chose will determine if your order can be sent next day or by two-day shipping.  Additional costs will apply to rush orders and rush delivery regardless of carrier. We will do our best to expedite your order. When selecting expedited shipping, please keep in mind that these methods do not include weekend delivery. NOTE: Expedited shipping is available within CONUS only.

 

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged when you place your order.  We will begin processing your order once payment has been received and, in the order, received unless a rush order has been requested.

 

What methods of payment does Jaymil Products and Services accept?

To place an order online, a major credit card or a Paypal account is required. Cash is accepted at the store.  No checks of any kind are accepted. 

 

What are your hours of operation?

Internet orders can be placed at any time seven days a week.  If you need to contact us by phone, US hours of operation are M-F 8-5 CST, Saturday 9-3 CST.  Closed Sundays.  Our Japanese hours of operation are M-F 9-5.  Saturdays are 9-3.  Closed Sundays.  Weekend orders are consider placed on Monday.  Our offices are closed in observance of all US holidays.  We answer all emails within 24 hours of receipt unless sent on the weekend or on a holiday.

 

Where is my order shipped from?

Most internet orders are shipped from the US.  However, international orders may also be shipped from Japan.  We do our best to provide the most economical and shortest delivery time possible when determining the location to ship from as well as if we are shipping to an APO or FPO address.

 

I am having issues adding products to my cart, is the website broken?

The website works fine with the default settings on all major browsers. If you are experiencing problems adding products to your shopping cart, signing in, or moving to checkout please try one of the following two solutions:

  2. Try a different computer or internet browser. If necessary, download and install one of the following (free) browsers:
    1. Internet Explorer (Microsoft)
